      <image:caption>Dr. Natalie Newman Muth is a wife, mother, and chiropractor serving her home state of North Dakota.  A 2008 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, she is a lifelong learner of all things health and wellness.  She has deep ties to the Red River Valley and is rooted in the Greater Grand Forks community. She is a co-founder of Plains Chiropractic &amp; Acupuncture, which has been serving the community since 2009!  Dr. Natalie is passionate about empowering patients and families to be active participants in their own health.  Her chiropractic practice is focused on pediatric, prenatal, postpartum and overall family care.  She especially enjoys helping children and their mothers flourish during all stages of life! Dr. Natalie is a board certified chiropractor in the state of North Dakota and continues to pursue education with an emphasis in the areas of family, prenatal and pediatric care. Dr. Natalie is certified in the Webster Technique and is an active member of the North Dakota Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, ACA Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics &amp; International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.  Dr. Natalie is a BIRTHFIT Leader and founder of BIRTHFIT Grand Forks. She has held advanced proficiency status through Activator Methods International and training in Active Release Technique. When she is out of the office you’ll find Dr. Natalie cooking, reading, and advocating for her community in various volunteer roles. Her favorite “hobbies” are chasing adventure and finding beauty in the everyday moments with her four children, husband, and dog.</image:caption>

Dr. Carson spent time working in a chiropractic practice in the rural Red River Valley, prior to co-founding Plains Chiropractic &amp; Acupuncture. Carson C. Muth D.C., F.A.S.A. is a board certified chiropractor in the state of North Dakota and is licensed to practice Acupuncture. Drs Carson and Natalie are pleased to be serving the Greater Grand Forks area, and to be part of our vibrant and growing community.       <image:caption>Dr. Caleb Schoonover spent his childhood “Up North” in Minocqua, Wisconsin. After playing football and hockey for the Lakeland Thunderbirds, he attended college at The University of North Dakota where he completed his bachelor’s degree.  While attending UND he had the pleasure of job-shadowing with the doctors at Plains Chiropractic. He relocated to Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic following his studies at UND. During his time as a chiropractic student, Dr. Caleb was a tutor for the Spinal Anatomy Course. Prior to graduation from Palmer in 2018, he returned to the Red River Valley to complete an internship at Plains Chiropractic &amp; Acupuncture. Dr. Caleb joined the Plains team after receiving his Doctorate of Chiropractic.  Dr. Caleb is a board certified chiropractor in the state of North Dakota and is an active member of the North Dakota Chiropractic Association.
